There has been so much talk about practicing self care. But what does self care mean for you? Is it yoga? Reading? A pedicure? Whatever you do to practice self care it is a great habit to have. Having the habit is great for reducing stress and making sure you take care of yourself. Even just taking 20 minutes every week to practice self-care can make all the difference in the world. You need to take care of yourself to be the best version of you! Self care can improve your sleep, lower your stress, and can improve your feelings of self worth. Just soaking in a bath can change your outlook on a crappy day.
Give yourself the same care and attention that you give to others and watch yourself bloom.
